20HR or 1 Month service:
- We drain the engine oil and refill with genuine Yamalube oil
- We drain the gearbox oil and refill with genuine Yamalube oil
- Remove and Replace the engine oil filter
- Inspect idle speed and adjust if required (run in test tank)
- Inspect prop nut and pin
- Tighten bolts and nuts
- Grease pivot points
- Download engine data (Yamaha)
- If required we will inspect the water pump impeller
100HR or 12 Month service:
- We drain the engine oil and refill with genuine Yamalube oil
- We drain the gearbox oil and refill with genuine Yamalube oil
- Remove and Replace engine oil filter
- Remove and Inspect spark plugs
- Remove and Inspect anodes
- Remove gearbox and Inspect water pump impeller
- Inspect idle speed and adjust if required (run in test tank)
- Tighten bolts and nuts
- Remove the propeller and Grease prop shaft
- Fit propeller and replace split pin
- Grease pivot points
- Remove and Inspect thermostat
- Download engine data (Yamaha)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All parts and lubricants used are genuine Yamaha products (Yamaha services)
- Both services include the engine oil, gear oil and oil filter.
- If we find that any additional parts are required to be replaced upon inspection, a courtesy call will be made with a quote to replace the defective part/s.
- If services are needed to be done offsite, additional charges will apply i.e. travel time.
- If the service requires valve check/adjustment, then extra charges will apply. This will vary with each make/model of outboard.
