My first impression was great as I walked through the door. Storme introduced himself, asked what I was after, and took me straight to the boat I was looking for. He was great; he helped me through a lot and  talked me through everything I asked which was even better than I expected. I was updated on the boat every step of the way very happy with the service that was provided and how quick the response was. As I work away it was difficult to get paperwork signed, but your guys pushed it through and helped me out a lot with that, so I am very thankful. And the boat is great value for money - I love it! I should have probably brought it earlier than I did instead of holding it for so long that's for sure. And once again, thank you very much for the perfect boat for my lifestyle. Throughout the whole process, Peter Knack was always courteous and professional.  I found Peter to be a good communicator whose product knowledge was very useful in helping me to make my purchasing decision. 

I had particular requirements with respect to extras and fit-out.  Peter and the Townsville Marine team did a great job of setting the rig up to my satisfaction.  The few potential problems that did arise were mostly manufacturing issues and these were quickly and expertly sorted out.

I live in Weipa and I have bought many of boats over the years and just needed a small tinny to meet me needs for fishing at Weipa. I called the dealership there and asked for new boat sales, after a brief description of what I requested a short time after I had a price and package emailed to me. That same day ( afternoon) we had come to a agreed price and deal and a deposit was made. I have never been to the dealership. I had called and basically made a deal over the phone, as I live remote this worked for me - and the sales man Storme was very easy to deal with.

First impressions are really important and my first impressions of Townsville Marine were excellent.  The showroom was clean and tidy and was represented by a good cross-section of what was being offered for sale.  All the staff I came into contact with were friendly, polite and were able to understand what I was looking for in a boat.  They were able to answer all my questions and never at any stage placed me under any pressure to buy.  After the decision to purchase was made, the necessary paperwork was handled in an efficient and timely manner and a delivery date was decided upon.  Nothing was ever too hard.  The boat was subsequently delivered on time.  Throughout the whole process I was made to feel “special” and was always kept in the loop as to the progress of the fitting of extra equipment.

Overall my experience was excellent and I believe I received good value for money.  There is no doubt I will be back and I have no hesitation in recommending Townsville Marine.

I initially made contact with Sean Black regarding a re-power and a new trailer. We had considered a complete new boat package but the budget just didn't stretch that far. We chopped and changed our mind on numerous occasions and Sean was always more than helpful with any questions and queries we had. 

The day of the swap, the workshop boys even managed to strap the old trailer onto the new trailer so I could take it home. Above and beyond the call the of duty right there!

My experience with Townsville Marine was great. Storme, the young fellow who was assisting me with this enquiry was brilliant. I could not fault him, and in hindsight we should have purchased through Townsville Marine.

We folded to pressure from a family member who insisted we give the local guys a chance and purchased a boat, and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of our lives.

Even with the fact you guys are still following me up months after I purchased the boat says volumes to me about your business. The people we purchased off did not follow me up once, I had to chase them for the deal and they didn’t even follow me up after delivery.

The next time I am in the market for an upgrade you guys will be the first place I visit, even though I live in Cairns.
